Tugfest
The partying really takes place on the Eastport side (of course), but more on that in a moment.
To add some party flavor on the Annapolis side (Susan B. Campbell Park - City Dock), there will be live music from 11:30 a.m. until the tugs end, provided by the steel drum band Chesapeake Steel. Then everyone is invited to the Eastport side for the Tugfest!
After the tugging is over, that's when the party really begins. This year’s Tugfest will include food and beverages, live music, dancing, and a silent auction. And, we some great bands lined up for dancing!
The Tugfest will begin at 11 a.m., the Tugging begins at the Crack o’ Noon and the party lasts until 5 p.m.
Tugfest Band Line-Up
11:30 - 11:50 a.m. - Eastport Elementary School Orchestra
12:00 - 1:45 p.m. - Them Eastport Oyster Boys Big Band
(in-between tugs and about 1/2 hour after)
2 - 3:15 p.m. - Blue Thrill (blues/rock band)
